We begin our top 20 countdown of the best songs released in 1992, thirty years ago, with possibly the saddest song of our countdown. During arguably the peak period of concern regarding the AIDS/HIV crisis, this song may not have reach high on the charts but still remains one of my favorite songs of this great artist in the 90s.
